Returns

We always strive to offer you the highest-quality products with the best possible shopping experience. Sometimes, however, unexpected things happen — and we'll always do our best to resolve them quickly.

If the items you purchased didn't meet your expectations, products in good condition can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us by email at hello@herownalone.com. Within 2 business days we'll send you detailed instructions on how to return the items — please follow them so that returning the goods to us and issuing your refund go smoothly.

Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued by bank transfer within 14 days of the return date.

Only unused items in the same saleable condition — with tags, protective films and original packaging — can be returned.

Returning faulty items:

Contact us by email at hello@herownalone.com. Within 1 business day we'll send you detailed instructions on how to return the items — please follow them so the return and refund process goes smoothly. To make the process even smoother, please attach a photo showing the faulty part of the item. If the defects arose from improper use, the items will not be accepted.

Please note that, for the purpose of issuing your refund (when you return an item), we will process your personal data only to the extent necessary to carry out the refund.

Important! Please send the item exactly according to the instructions; if it is sent by post or by any other method not specified in the instructions, it may not reach us and the return process will take longer than stated.
