1. Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days to your chosen "Smartpost" parcel locker.

1. The customer agrees to take note of the stated delivery time and to contact the Store only if 24 hours have passed since the end of the delivery period.

2. When ordering, the customer agrees to specify the delivery location and the person who will collect the items.

3. The customer agrees to receive the items themselves. If they are unable to do so and the items are delivered to the specified address based on the other details provided by the customer, the customer has no right to make claims against the Store regarding delivery to an incorrect recipient.

4. Items ordered from the Store are delivered as follows:

5.1. Items are delivered to a SMARTPOST parcel locker. Delivery price:  €2.49 

5.2. For home delivery, the price is: €3.99. Delivery is carried out by Itella, SMARTPOST

1. If, after receiving the items, the customer notices that the parcel does not contain the correct item, the customer must immediately inform the Store by email at hello@herownalone.com

IMPORTANT! When your parcel arrives at the Smartpost locker, you'll be notified by SMS and can collect it at a time convenient for you. We deliver throughout Lithuania!
