CLEANING
Copper naturally protects against bacteria, so the WELL YOU copper body brush does not need to be cleaned as usual. If you use it 4-7 days a week - clean it every 3-4 weeks, if less than 3 days a week - then every 4-6 weeks.
Remember that when cleaning with a dry brush, the wooden base should not come into contact with water. Water weakens the wood, which can cause it to crack and rot.
Cleaning instructions:
1. Fill the bowl with water. The water level should be lower than the length of the bristles, preferably halfway.
2. Add 3 drops of tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is an essential oil with disinfectant properties. It will help get rid of bacteria on the bristles of the brush.
3. Place the brush in the bowl with the bristles facing down and swirl it around. The swirling action loosens dead skin cells and dirt from the bristles. The swirling action also helps distribute the tea tree oil evenly throughout the bristles. Be careful not to wet the wooden base.
4. After a few minutes, replace the solution with clean water. Rinse the brush in clean water, moving it in the same way as before.
* If you are allergic to essential oils, a shampoo or body wash designed for children will be perfect.
DRYING
Place the brush on a dry towel with the bristles facing down. Then blow dry it for a few minutes with a hairdryer to dry it completely.
